Christos Simitsidellis
MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPY SPECIALIST

Christos Simitsidellis is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly. He has worked in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for more than 10 years, gaining extensive clinical experience through his work with rehabilitation centres, private physiotherapy clinics and a specialised rheumatology and spine clinic.
He has completed Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapist (OMPT) training, specialising in Manual Therapy, clinical assessment and the application of evidence-based treatment techniques. He also holds a Certificate of Acupuncture for Physiotherapists from the University of West Attica, in collaboration with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The programme meets the strict requirements of the international training standard and is accredited by the International Acupuncture and Dry Needling Association of Physiotherapists (IADAPT).
As part of his ongoing professional development, he has specialised in post-operative physiotherapy for musculoskeletal patients and has received further training in modern physiotherapy rehabilitation after stroke, as well as in Health Psychology and Disease Management. He is an active member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists’ Association (since 2015), the Hellenic Society of Physiotherapy in Algology (since 2022) and IADAPT (since 2025).
His therapeutic philosophy is based on thorough assessment, clinical reasoning and the application of modern, evidence-based methods. His aim is to offer a comprehensive, personalised approach that helps each person improve their function and quality of life and return safely to their daily and work activities.
Foteini Kastrouni
PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Foteini Kastrouni is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of West Attica and works in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, Manual Therapy, biomedical acupuncture, therapeutic exercise and post-operative rehabilitation. She is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists’ Association and has been in clinical practice since 2020.
She has gained clinical experience through her work with rehabilitation centres, private physiotherapy clinics and elderly care facilities, assessing and rehabilitating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological and post-operative conditions. This experience enables her to design personalised treatment programmes aimed at reducing pain, improving function and helping patients return safely to their daily activities.
She has completed Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapist (OMPT) training through the HOMTeDu programme, which follows the educational standards of the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT). She has also trained in Biomedical Acupuncture (Acu Dip) at the University of West Attica, in collaboration with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The programme is accredited by the International Acupuncture and Dry Needling Association of Physiotherapists (IADAPT) and meets the international training standards for acupuncture for physiotherapists.
As part of her ongoing professional development, she has specialised in Post-Operative Rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates, and regularly attends training programmes and scientific conferences in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management and modern rehabilitation methods.
Her therapeutic philosophy is based on individual assessment and the application of modern, evidence-based treatment methods. Combining Manual Therapy, therapeutic exercise, biomedical acupuncture and patient education, she aims to provide comprehensive care and help each person return to their daily and sporting activities safely, with confidence and a better quality of life.
