Frequently Asked
Questions
Find answers to frequently asked questions about our physiotherapy services.
Which type of physiotherapy is right for me?
You don't need to decide on your own. After an initial physiotherapy assessment, your therapist will recommend the right programme based on your history, symptoms and goals.
Do sessions take place at home?
Yes. Our services are provided at home, so that rehabilitation takes place in the environment where you live and move every day.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
It is not required for the initial assessment. If you have a diagnosis, test results or instructions from your treating doctor, we take them into account when designing your rehabilitation programme.
How long does a session last?
A typical session lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the condition and the stage of rehabilitation.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the condition, how long you have had the symptoms and your goals. Progress is reassessed systematically and the programme is adjusted according to your progress.
